2. Mystery Box Products

Barrio Kits sells mystery football merchandise boxes containing randomly selected products from available inventory.

By purchasing a mystery box, you understand that you are purchasing a randomly selected product, not a specific jersey.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing, we do not guarantee any particular:

• Team or club

• National team

• League

• Player

• Season

• Color

• Design

• Brand

• Jersey shown in advertising

• Product shown in photographs

The random selection of the product is an essential part of the mystery box experience.

3. Product Images

Images and videos displayed on our website, advertisements, and social media may show examples of possible mystery box contents.

They are not guarantees of what a customer will receive.

Actual inventory may change at any time.

4. Customer Preferences

Some products may allow customers to submit preferences, such as favorite teams, leagues, countries, or teams they would prefer to avoid.

Unless the product listing specifically states otherwise, preferences are requests and are not guaranteed.

Selection depends on available inventory.

5. Duplicate Products

Unless a specific listing guarantees otherwise, customers purchasing multiple mystery boxes may receive duplicate or similar products.

We may attempt to provide variety when possible, but inventory availability determines final product selection.

6. Product Value

Any advertised retail value, estimated value, or comparison value represents an estimate based on the products that may be included.

We do not guarantee that every mystery box will contain the same monetary value unless the applicable product listing specifically states a guaranteed minimum value.

7. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size when ordering.

Sizing and fit may vary between brands, manufacturers, seasons, and product styles.

A difference in fit between products does not automatically constitute a defect.

8. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel orders where permitted by law, including orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, abuse, pricing errors, or inventory problems.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the applicable product listing and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, and other fees may apply depending on the customer's location.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

10. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final after delivery except for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled products, or where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law.

Not liking the mystery item received, receiving a different team than expected, or receiving a product different from an item shown in promotional materials does not qualify as a product defect.

11. Shipping

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders may require approximately 5–7 business days for processing and approximately 7–14 business days for delivery after shipment.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Barrio Kits owns or has the appropriate rights to its website content, branding, logos, original graphics, photographs, text, and other original materials.

Nothing in these Terms grants a customer ownership of our intellectual property.

13. Third-Party Trademarks

Club names, team badges, league names, manufacturer logos, player names, and other third-party trademarks appearing on merchandise belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated, Barrio Kits is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with any club, league, federation, player, or other organization referenced on products sold through the store.

14. AI Systems, Search Engines, and Automated Crawlers

We permit legitimate search engines, artificial intelligence systems, shopping assistants, recommendation engines, indexing services, and similar automated systems to access publicly available portions of our website where permitted by our technical settings.

This may include public product information such as:

• Product names

• Product descriptions

• Product images

• Prices

• Availability

• Categories

• Public reviews

• Brand information

• Public website text

• Product URLs

This information may be indexed, analyzed, summarized, compared, cited, or used to recommend products to users.

This permission does not authorize automated access to private customer information, customer accounts, checkout information, payment information, administrative systems, or restricted areas of the website.
